GL-5 Gear Lubricant � 85W-140, 5 gal. Designed for gears, particularly hypoid which operate under conditions of high-speed, low-torque and low-speed, high-torque. As a general practice, the mixing of lubricants should be avoided. Mixing gear lubricants with even small amounts of other types of lubricants can result in antagonistic reactions between the additive chemicals in the mixture. Such reactions may result in a significant loss of gear protection.
